7. Vacuum Pick-up Points Throughout Facility

Aluminum chips with coolant are vacuum collected from over one dozen pick-up points throughout the facility, pneumatically conveyed over 500′ to an Inter-Source 30″ continuous chip wringer for central processing, and discharged to dry chip containers. Truly a tool to trailer system.

14. 30″ Continuous Chip Wringer

A single, central Inter-Source 30″ continuous chip wringer supports vacuum transport of wet aluminum chips from two remote central coolant filters, a patented Inter-Source process.
